The General Surgery department provides operative management for a wide range of conditions both elective and emergency. Provides lifesaving and quality-of-life improving interventions supports multidisciplinary care and contributes to training and research.
Elective surgeries (hernia repair, gallbladder removal, thyroidectomy).
Emergency surgeries (trauma, appendicitis, perforations).
Preoperative and postoperative care.
Outpatient surgical consultations and minor procedures.
